We are regularly engaged throughout the year with our key suppliers, namely our manufacturing partners. Our continued interaction ensures the strategies are mutually benefical to the long-term success of the Company and our franchise partners.

The employees of the Company are fundamental to the execution of our vision. The communication on all company operations and brand performance, relevant to them, are regularly updated through our line managers during regular business reviews and group employee social media pages. The integration of new employees, through our formal induction process, is of paramount importance to the board as a method of instilling the Company's mission statement. Employees wellbeing was at the forefront of the board's decision-making process in the year ending 2019 and continues to be into 2020, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we offer corporate passes to many local attractions. These are available to staff and their families to be used for their enjoyment, we also offer "Cashpoint" which gives savings and discounts on many brands through our Group portal.

As a board our continued commitment to the environment has gone beyond, among others, the safe disposal of hazerdous waste. The Company are now promoting the electrification of vehicles, fully supported by our manufacture partners. The board also actively support community charities and local sporting teams as part of our wider social responsibility.

We, as a board of Directors, consider our intention to operate and behave with the upmost professionalism, to lead by example and ensure our management teams also act with the same integrity.
